Our 3n2 Cadet Scout Team consist of our 13U and 14U Teams.
Exposure Is A Key Component To Our Success, We will ensure maximum exposure & attend quality events
The Guapos 3n2 Cadet Team Program is a developmental program created to help your son reach his full baseball potential, learn quality baseball IQ, compete at a competitive level and learn the recruiting process at the national level .
We offer one team per age group each year. It is offered to players in Middle School 7th and 8th graduation years.
Each team remains together once they graduate 8th grade and join our Guapos 3n2 Team Clutch Scout Teams.
What To Expect
Our staff will focus on the Person first and Player second. We focus on developing strong minded young men and assist them to reach develop the baseball IQ and confidence to play the game.
Our instructors are mentors first, motivated and committed to helping your son train in a healthy and safe environment.
We are committed to supporting our athletes by providing top development instruction and an opportunity to compete in events that allow the opportunities for our athletes to be seen and compete at a higher level of play. Our 3n2 Scout Teams are organized, structured and disciplined. Teamwork and high standards of competitiveness are expected.
The foundation of our program comes from our pro style system and professionalism of our coaching staff, as well as the support of our athletes and parents.
Athletes selected understand that these principles and our Guapos Uniform Standards will be instilled and expected to be followed.
Costs & Fees
We are proud to be a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which allows fees to be kept to a minimum compared to rising costs from other programs.
The West Coast Guapos organization is here to train, develop and assist athletes become better and educated in the national recruiting process while assisting Guapos athletes in gaining exposure utilizing our Guapos Recruiting Network and teach them about the recruiting process.

Our 3n2 Team Clutch Freshman Program is offered to High School Freshman “ONLY”.
