Our Guapos 3n2 Team Clutch / Baum Bat Junior National Teams is our highly competitive National Director Scout Team. Open exclusively to high school Sophmores and Junior athletes in High School.

3n2 Uniform and Baum Bat are the exclusive National Partner of the West Coast Guapos. We are blessed and honored to be one of 12 organizations national to be a member of 3n2 Team Clutch and the only organization in US sponsored and powered by Baum Bat.

Our mission is to provide recruiting exposure utilizing our Guapos Recruiting Network , which is one of the largest in the US. While competing at a competitive level that attracts the attention of college and professional scouts, all while teaching  life skills to student athletes. 

We aim to educate young athletes about servant leadership, having a great attitude, and giving maximum effort on and off the field.  With the focus on the areas of team building, communication, nutrition, social media usage/personal branding, community service, national recruiting, and college readiness. 

We are committed to supporting our athletes by providing top development instruction and an opportunity to compete in events that allow the opportunities for our athletes to be seen and compete at a higher level of play. Our Junior National Teams are organized, structured and disciplined. Teamwork and high standards of competitiveness are expected. 

The foundation of our program comes from our pro style system and professionalism of our coaching staff, as well as the support of our athletes and parents. 

Athletes selected understand that these principles and our Guapos Uniform Standards will be instilled and expected to be followed. 

Rostered are loaded with talented and highly competitive Guapos athletes from across the US and Internationally.
